Grabbed a Squier Jaguar Short Scale to fiddle with (always wanted a bass) and a Soul Food.

Really love the short scale. Very natural coming from guitar. Will probably throw some flats on it.

Right on. I have a Squier Mustang bass. I love 30" scale. I put flats on mine and they sound awesome.

The soul food is dope. Nice, subtle, Fat OD and doubles as a booster with the drive turned down.
The bass is really fun. For now I'm just running it DI through headphones but that's all I really bought it for anyway.
