@Kerouac texted me last night. He's in the hospital, apparently for two blood clots. Last text I got, he was going to be admitted. I haven't gotten any updates yet, but I will post them as I receive them.
He did ask me to do the GPOTD, so I'll be re-assuming control until his return.

EDIT (7:45am): He's in the ICU and expects to be there for a few days for recovery.

0pm): Andy is out of surgery. He had multiple blood clots in his lungs and in his legs. They're going to give him a day to react to the surgery and medication, and re-evaluate tomorrow. If anyone is in the Loveland area, he may (and that's a tentative may) be able to have visitors on Saturday.
EDIT (9:20pm): I just had a 15 minute conversation with Andy. He's on morphine and doing alright.
EDIT 7.2.15 (4:30pm): I texted with Andy a couple of hours ago. He's still in pain, but was able to sleep last night. No updates from the doctors yet. But he seems to be in good spirits.
