My last flight was on Southwest, and it was actually a pleasant experience for the most part.

Hawaiian Airlines is a very good airline, they treat you way better than the Big 3 domestic carriers (AA, UAL, Delta).

Well, to be fair, when you're flying to Hawaii, chances are you're in a better mood/more forgiving than when you're taking a redeye to Newark or Atlanta! :wink:
