That would make it. It's likely too small to draw any attention (note weight of 0.4 kg which is likely way more than it was). I see those packages often and the 'actual size' is smaller than the photo's size if you are using a 19 inch monitor or up.

I don't know if that particular ad is true. But tapeworms have been advertised as diet aids for over 100 years. People will do stupid things to lose weight.
