This kind of "sensationalism" makes me laugh. In all my years I've never, not once, ever heard of someone overdosing and dying from weed.
Of course, if it's laced with something that may be a different story but I'm not talking about that scenario.

That's nowhere near an 1/8th of an ounce. It contributes to the narrator's hysteria and lack of credibility. That's the joke.

A group here in Arizona is running ads along those lines to fight the legalization of marijuana.
