I could have used that years ago. My first car was a '65 Mustang. The headlights were so dim, I always drove with the high beams on and never had anyone flash me to turn them off. You could probably see 10' in front of the car with the low beams on. Then when I got a new car, I always forgot to turn them off.

there is a trick around my area where the cops will drive with their high beams on (usually after 10 pm) and so if you flash them to turn them down, they go past you, whip around and pull you over. you just 'harrassed' a police officer. i am not joking.

that happened about 80 miles north of me. so i don't flash people with high beams on anymore. don't really need to be punched in the face multiple times and then shot 7 times.
