My oldest graduated 2 years ago, and my youngest will this fall. It wasn't exactly easy when I went out into the real world ('84), but it is even worse now. Forget about even thinking of buying a place around here (DC metro area) on a college grad, or even a 2-3 yr experience salary.

Denver has been one of the 'it' places for Millennials for awhile now. Legalized pot helps. But housing is getting harder to find and prices are skyrocketing. We won't be an 'it' place much longer
