unlike those of us on the Great Lakes, large portions of the country are going to HAVE to go with the full reclamation process.
arizona, along with the surrounding states, are getting nearly all their fresh water from the colorado river, which is WAY down.
in fact, they're into rationing stages. water rec for livestock and irrigation has been going on for a while now.

that reminds me of the old joke about the guy with two black eyes.

he got home from the store with two black eyes and his wife asked him how did he get two black eyes.
he said he was standing in line and there was a large woman in front of him and he noticed that her dress was tucked into her butt crack.
and he thought to himself, well that's not a good look. i should help her by pulling the dress out of her butt.
so he does, and she wheels around and socks him in the eye for it.

so he's standing there, thinking that maybe that wasn't such a good choice. maybe she liked her dress tucked into her butt,
so he pushes the dress back in.........
