I went to the grocery store yesterday to get deodorant. There was a man and his son looking at the deodorant and their cart was next to them. They were speaking spanish so I don't know what the conversation was about but they both acknowledged that I was waiting and proceeded to take 10 solid minutes to finally move and let me get what I needed. No exaggeration, 10 fucking minutes. I was just standing there staring at them.

Happens all the time. Many people are mindless zombies, going about their business with only a vestigial comprehension of the existence of other sentient beings...
