carbs equal energy...I'm not a fatty bro so I'm not concerned with carbs other than usable energy.

pro tip: people concerned with carbs will count tthe carbs in a kale chip whilst munching on a Dairy Dueen oreo Blizzard...jus sayin'

I would suggest they eat moar kale chips and less Blizzards !
