Been doing research on this for a while. Wanted to find the proper screws to use with the Straploks for my Ovation guitars. I finally got a hold of Ovation last year and after several attempts I finally got a part number. Next thing you know, Ovation is sold.
Well after reading several threads on the Ovation forum another method is to chuck the screw and file down. So today I chucked the screws in my drill press and turned the screws. The end result was a success!!! Here is my main Ovation with a Straplok on.
Now I feel much better when I attend the recent acoustic blues jams that I have been going to.
