I generally don't get great production either. This guy has his whole yard filled with plants and they are bursting. This batch has probably 8-9 different varieties, several I've never tried before

Trying a fermented sauce with the red Trinidad & yellow Morogua with a few habs thrown in.

Ive had the jays black pink peppers in my breakfast burrito today and they are pretty snappy but not crazy.

Fortunately that's not a side effect that I usually experience but sometimes its fire in/fire out

Jerky this weekend with some of the super hots

Took out the garlic cloves and blended the peppers and blueberries with a splash of the post fermentation brine. Strained and this is the end result. Looks like blood but tastes awesome.

Have two batches of jerky going, each using a different pepper in the same marinade. One is using the secret potion chocolate peppers & the other using Jays pink black. The secret potions do not play nice! They are fierce from the moment you cut them.
