What's your take on branston pickle? I been reading about the branston pickle and cheese sandwich and I really wanna try one. I'm a huge fan of marmite and vegemite.

A cheese and Branston pickle sandwich is a great thing. The cheese needs to be a good, strong, mature Cheddar by preference. Do you get Cheddar over there in the US?

Great info, thanks! Yes we get the highly processed neon orange cheddar stuff in the "supermarkets" and then places like Whole Foods carry real Chedder. we get both Wisconson and UK variety.

Living in the West Country part of the UK, I can fully recommend "West Country Farmhouse Cheddar".

Cabot is pretty good. Kerrygold Dubliner is better.
