I don't like it when you can barely taste the horseradish in a prepared sauce.Do you mean the root or the sauce that supposedly contains the root? Most people seem to call horseradish sauce just "horseradish."
I like horseradish. Commercial horseradish sauces though vary from okay to awful.
Me too. Unfortunately around here I think they cut most of the wasabi WITH Horseradish to make it cheaper.I prefer wasabi for the similar effect, but I'll eat the hell out of some horse radish.
