Unfortunately, that's the only one of its kind I've seen. I have seen many other custom made PRS truss rod covers though:

It looks very similar to the ones made for members of the Birds and Moons forum (now located over at Vintage Rocker).

Someone over there might still remember who made them. I know whomever it was, I bought some rosewood backplates and truss covers back in the day that were very nice. (I make my own now, but don't have that inlay skill).
