FINALLY! New Guitar Day.

Going to work on some clips after lunch. I started to yesterday, but was having more fun just playing.

Love it. Congrats. I've wanted a 000-15s for a long time. Is the 0 significantly smaller?

Congrats.

Congrats.

These are the shapes based on Martin designations... different builders have slightly different dimensions, but are generally within and inch to inch and a half of the Martins.

Exact dimensions: http://www.martinguitar.com/featuresmaterials/featuresmaterials/sizetype.html

So my 0 is about 1.5" smaller by width, and about 2.5" in length.

so it is considerably smaller than a "normal" (read: what I'd be familiar with) guitar, then?

I like that idea.

being dwarvish (as in, I have mines and a battleaxe), smaller bodies are more comfy for me.
my 12str is a beast to get my arm over.
which is why I like amy Yammy A/E better, much smaller.

Much smaller. You don't find bodies that small as 12 strings though.

EDIT: Do you mean the body depth, not the width? They're a little smaller in depth, but not nearly as noticeable as you'd expect.

Excellent! drool0

The advantage of buying yourself a b'day present is that you always get something you REALLY want, as opposed to a tie or a weed-whacker!

HNGD! :thu:
HBD too :]

I played a 0015m at the end of the Martin factory tour a few years ago and Loooved it. No frills or fancy inlays, just beautiful tone.
