Do you like your street/road name?

Bookstaver Lane...

...meh...

In the past I've lived on River Street, Last Road, and Blaha Lane...none make much of an impression...

Glendale. It is as generic as the Florida high density tract housing that lines the street. The name was selected to not offend, and it doesn't. I don't hate it or love it.

I just want a street that I don't have to spell or mention anything extra like "two words", "one word", "no H" etc. when giving my address verbally.

I lived on Langholm for two decades. Always had to spell it.
Thought I had it made on Coldbrook Ct., but always had to mention it was one word.
Now on Shady Path Dr.. Again I thought it was going to be the one but sometimes people hear it as Shady Pass. Inexplicably some people have asked me is Shady Path is two words. Why would it be only one? At least there is an actual shady path that runs parallel to the road behind my house.

I like it, because it's also the name of the elementary school I went to. GO CONWAY COUGARS!

No

Sippachsweg is a stupid ass name, no one knows who Sippach was and why he deserves Street. I also have to spell it out every single time I go somewhere, along with explaining that my last name is not my first name and is spelled different than the typical German "Christoph".
