Below is an outline of Mason and Vertex controversies. The last thing on the list is from 5 years ago. Somehow, I don’t think a guy with this much history of scams, misinformation and lies has turned over a new leaf.
I know there was another Vertex controversy from about 3 year ago. They created the Vertex Steel String pedal which is based on a Jack Orman AMZ-FX boost circuit. Vertex claimed it was an original design. Then, Mason put out a YT video in which he implied that NuX had cloned his “original” design. Yet, the NuX pedal was actually a completely different circuit.
