Question: Can we get more cats around here?

Having these two over for a couple of months for a friend who's moving to Japan. They're pretty cute and very, very clingy. Usually I'm allergic as hell to cats, for some reason, even at my friends' house these two ladies never gave me any of the usual sneeze explosions or squeeky throats. No idea why not, but it's cool, cause they're good company. Apparently they have a reputation for being horrible (as in shitting in front of the door, puking, peeing on stuff), which is why they ended up staying with us. But none of that crap at our place, they're just being cute as hell all day. Also, nevermind the ugly as blankets on the couch, we prefer our leather couch to be intact after they leave again :embarrassed:

Hate to tell you, but you have been adopted. They aren't going anywhere.

Yeah, I'm afraid it's going to end up like that. The owner is still hopeful about getting all the paperwork and quarantine stuff done to get them to Japan, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm going to end up a cat owner (well, being owned by the cats)...

I think at this point my only opt out is the fact that we're moving in September and I don't know if our new place allows pets :embarrassed:

The cats hate him/her. That is evident by the clear change in behavior for the better.

Congrats on your new family members. :)

They don't behave that badly with her, only after she's been traveling (which she has to quite a lot), just everyone who took care of them when she was gone, in "their" own house or in other people's homes got the full brunt of their distaste for the situation. Our guess is that they really, really hated the place they were before my friend called us freaking out asking if we could please take them for a while and they see us as their sort of saviours from that shit.
