"first one out of the fridge" - no self respecting sandwicher would use a fridge based lubricant - you keep your butter, NOT FUCKING FLORA or FUCKING MARGERINE on the counter, at room temperature. FFS.

Homemade ham, good, although it needs a good roasting to get a bit of flavour on the edges.

Salad, fine, but you could have cut the toms a bit better.

No extras? Excuse me? you need extras there. Where is the chutney. Mayo. Dressing of some sort. One of them at least......

Maybe not in Ireland. We’ve started using Kerrygold butter from Ireland and that stuff melts at room temperature. But fuck me does it taste good!
