I've watched all the Proustian coming of age videos and most of the freebie technical stuff. I am of the age, but the wrong continent. Who even knew Yale could even be worse than I imagined?
Troy seems to be the first person to have seriously studied the biomechanics of shred. I'm waiting for a plausible excuse to drop $40 on his introductory downward-pickslanting course so that I can srsly get my Yngwie on.
It's a lot of fun to watch but yeah, Yale would have been a nightmare for me - weird singing acapella groups. It's amazing how he's really looked into the mechanics. I don't think anyone has really done that to this extent before.
