Another good one and a good reminder for me that everyone is trying to get better in some way. Makes me feel that my struggles with the instrument are not just me but even great musicians can struggle to learn at times. It doesn't make my learning any easier but it does make me feel a bit less like I'm out of my league in trying to play anything beyond cowboy chords.

I'll be honest, I'm sitting here between takes of a track that is essentially a 12 bar blues in E trying to make it sound good but I have FIVE solos at 2 choruses each with breaks and I absolutely hate myself. Thats what I've learned this afternoon.

I’ve been trying to keep the ball rolling so that I can rebuild my teaching business. It’s been really hard to do anything since I’ve been back in school. I start that again next week and I’m hoping that I can keep the momentum going with the new format.
