30 Days In the Hole!

Well, 31 if we're counting.
I'm (finally) getting out of Mass General today from my bone marrow transplant.

I'll spare you the gory details, but let's just say that while medical science has come a long way, it still sucked.

But I'm finally going home today, and it looks like the transplant is starting to kick in. In other words, it's working!

Don't tell anybody, but I might have a drink tonight to celebrate. I deserve it.

Rock on, everybody!

Damn, that's a long time in the hospital. Welcome back to the land of the living!

I would have named my room, "The Marrow Escape". :bigg:

Glad to hear it!

I just made a bunch of beef knucklebone broth I simmered for about 27 hours - wanna come over and get some? You can make a French onion soup that'll put some marrow in them bones!
