They’re gonna take care of this repair too, but this is the wildest guitar shipping fiasco I’ve ever seen.

Nothing near as dear, but the last two purchases I've had delivered by FedEx arrived looking like they passed through a rage room on their way to me.

When the new one is ready, you should ask Doug to please ship that one back to you too. Maybe with a decoy they would destroy it some more and the new one arrives pristine.
