Probably not a coincidence but it was announced today that Neil's R1200GS that he rode during the R30 tour is hitting thr auction block in February. The estimated $40-50k (includes a pair of his sticks) final selling price is probably 10x the current market value of one not once owned by a legendary musician.

The cars were cool too but the bikes are more a part of who he was, his recreation and his therapy in his lowest times. This specific gen of the GS isnt something I would choose or even his most famous motorcycle but there is something a bit special about knowing what it ment to him.
