WTF is wrong with people ion Ebay!!!!

So a few weeks ago I sell an item after the user bids about 10 minutes after I list it. I send 2 invoices then finally 5 days after the auction ends, he contacts me and says he bid on the wrong thing, then he tells me (not asks if I will) to send a mutual bid cancellation.

So I just sold another item, this time the guy bids about 10 minutes before the auction ends. I send him a invoice, then today he emails and says he no longer needs the item and asks me to give a second change offer to another bidder. He was the only bidder.

F* ebay in its meathead face.

Ebay is turning into Craigslist.

Well - eBay has no real way to deal with those issues and they just like to pretend they never happen. Over ninety percent on my eBay auctions as a buyer and seller have been good ones. On the few that have not the eBay people have been useless, including the time I was sold pirated software, called the seller on it, and was threatened by the seller. I forwarded the emails to eBay and got a big nothing back from them.

And what really sucks is when you file the buyer did not pay, it takes away your ability to leave feedback. I filed that on the first guy so I wouldn't have to pay the fees. I wasn't going to leave the guy negative feedback, but I was going to leave neutral and say what he did, so when he bids again, the seller will be aware of the guy's shenanigans.

There have been plenty of times on Ebay where I bid on an item, then immediately decided I didn't want it, but if I won it, I paid for it.

I think ebay used to be really great, both for buying and selling, but as more and more idiots got on the web, it kind of went to shit.

I actually pay someone to do all my ebay crap for me.
no shit.

I used to do it all myself, many years ago, but now?
too many horror stories.

luckily, I've not had any trouble at all using this guy.
