WTB: Hardtail Strat body

So, I had an Eden hardtail Strat body ordered through Reverb for $90 until he realized that he oversold and it was actually out of stock... D'oh!!! Now I can't seem to find anything that's not ridiculously priced or priced right but requires the purchase of tools to fit it to my needs.

Requirements for what I want:

• a smooth-grained but hard wood like alder, poplar, or basswood, but not pine, ash, or mahogany
• HH, HSH, or swimming pool route since I'm planning on a double humbucker setup
• Already drilled for string-through holes and ferrules (don't care if it's vintage or modern spacing since I still have to get the bridge)
• I don't care of it's painted already or not
• not ridiculously expensive

You guys got anything for me?

Seems as though my options would put me above the cost of buying a body and a router with the bits... And would still require that I have a drill press to drill for the ferrules. LOL

They make an XGP body that's SSS. I'm fine with the quality of XGP but I was hoping to avoid buying a router, the bits, and a template.

OK, so I found a guy on the Bay that's been doing a whole bunch of different style bodies and will route them for whatever pickups you want. I asked him to do the linked body with HSH. Let's see what I end up with. LOL
