Wiring Diagram Needed

I have a Nashville Tele which comes with a Strat style 5 way switch and it does not give me the neck/bridge option. What I would like is a 3 way Tele switch for neck and bridge with a push pull connected to the middle pickup to turn it on and off when needed. Any ideas?

You could try this:

This puts the middle on it's own volume pot. If you want to do a mini toggle or a push pull, you would wire it up the same, just replace the Middle volume knob with the switch you are using.

I haven't been there in a while but back when I was going mod crazy the Seymour Duncan forum was the most valuable resource for help with wiring issues. There were a lot friendly, knowledgeable and helpful folks over there. Even a search through the archives probably has a diagram for what you need if that guy above doesn't do what you need.

I recently bought a 6 way blade from Stewmac…. normal 5 way blade, but then has one additional position that combines the neck and bridge pickups. You might want to consider that as it’s easier to operate than reaching for a second control.

I don’t have a diagram (and I’m terrible with a soldering iron) but I do have a Nashville tele. It has a 5 way blade with a push/pull tone pot. The pot turns the bridge pickup on/off when the blade is in positions 4 and 5… real easy to use at gigs
