Question: Who are some standout minor characters from movies?

So I'm using Meat Loaf's character Eddie from Rocky Horror for my avatar, and it got me thinking: Eddie has less than 4 minutes screen time, but in that short window his character and relationships with other characters are established, he upstages Frankenfurter, rides a motorbike, plays a sax solo, dry humps Columbia, and is murdered. That's a lot of bang for your buck.

Who are some other movie characters who utterly own their brief time onscreen?

I think my favorite might be the 'suave' Ben from Blue Velvet.

While it got a tad corny, I still enjoyed Brad Pitt in True Romance.

Brad's character Floyd was the inspiration for the move Pineapple Express, according to Judd Apatow.
