Let’s Get Obtuse!
I travel a lot for work for someone whose job is not specifically traveling for work. Since October I’ve been to St. Louis, Central Illinois, New Orleans, Back to central Illinois twice, to Wichita, and then to Madison. I’m now stuck somewhere dumb for the better part of the week.

So Weinerdome, let’s play 20 questions and see if you can guess where I am. Here’s a freebie—it’s not Vegas. I’m in Vegas in March for work. And I’m in the continental US, so that should narrow it down.
 
Based on the available evidence, Central Illinois is most likely. I'd it a place we've heard of, or is it central Illinois?
 
Well, the humidity should at least be low for the time of year so catch something outside as much as possible. Rent a car drive down to the keys

He’s probably in Tampa. He wouldn’t be complaining if he was in the keys or Miami.
 
Jacksonville? I don’t really think of that as coast, but it’s not great. At least it’s not Tallahassee
