What is your favorite kind of Noodle ?

It depends on the dish.
For solo noodles, broad egg noodles with butter and garlic, seasoned to taste.
 
These days, zoodles (zucchini noodles). Pasta is about the worst thing for a low-carb diet. :(

low carb diets are about the worst way to lose weight. It all comes back eventually unless you adopt an exercise routine that includes 45 mins of cardio at least 3 days a week. And then you need carbs (not huge portions). Protein and fat do not provide enough muscle glycogen. Low carbs are good if you're gonna sit around and still want to lose weight.
