What does Jack's Place think of American actor Drea de Matteo?

I guess she is OK. I remember her mostly from the Sopranos. Her character there was no so well developed or deep, but I think she was very believable as the serious girlfriend with some of the challenges of the mob hanging over her. During a few arcs, like during the boyfriends drop back into addiction, she was really good and delivered a very believable performance. I don't remember watching anything on that entire series where her character wasn't a good fit for the program. I don't know much else she has done or her range as an actor, so I can't really comment beyond what I have seen.

EDIT: Oh, this is a parody thread. lol.

Her knees are too sharp.

Who am I kidding, she is

Though I really had the hots for her redhead FBI agent friend :embarrassed:

It was a great show, though. Very well written.

It's another example of FX producing top notch shows that compete with HBO.
A buddy of mine from school was sort of on that show. He played John Teller, the founder of the SAMCRO motorcycle club. However, he was only in one episode with very limited screen time.
Victor Newmark is his name.
I couldn't hang with this show. It felt too much like a biker soap opera.

Biker Soap opera was the only reason I loved it. Riding 2 wheels and a motor since I was 6 and having to learn about gangs and biker clubs before I retired made it fun. There would be moments of damn that’s legit and then of course the get the fuck out of here stuff. Early on Kurt Sutter would communicate with you back and forth on twitter.

I have a passion for 2 wheel fun as well. Mountain bikes, street bikes, and dirt bikes.
The poser aspect that many bikers indulge in bothers me.

I don't think it really even requires interest in motorcycles.

In fact the characters basically lose interest in that pretty quickly. They have fun for the first few episodes. And then it just becomes a thing they are trapped in.

When the series air Sutter said he would not do more than 6 seasons. They edged out a 7th. Not to much filler. Many oh shit moments. People you didn’t expect to took a bullet. It was good, the bikes were just extra.
Life style wise I’ve never been one to ride with other motorcycle riders. I didn’t need that bro relationship. Not with anything, other than my wife and family. I wasn’t a biker dress code person either. My stuff never really changed since I was a kid.
