Well, the weather is getting ready to suck all over again.

I have the box
Then later in the week they are calling for 13 to 16 inches of snow. Gonna kill that ground hog.

I went up to the Rockies to ski Breckenridge Friday. By the time we were leaving, all the roads home were blocked. They closed every highway route home because of accidents due to snow.

All the affordable hotels were booked. We sat in our parked car until 1:30 am when roads were reopened. We got home at 3:30 am.

Snow dumped on us again yesterday. I’d complain but I’m a skier. So, it’s all good news, except for the wind.

Who's peekin' out from under a stairway
Calling a name that's lighter than air
Who's bending down to give me a rainbow
Everyone knows it's Windy
… Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment
Everyone knows it's Windy
… And Windy has stormy eyes
That flash at the sound of lies
And Windy has wings to fly
Above the clouds (above the clouds)
Above the clouds (above the clouds)
… And Windy has stormy eyes
That flash at the sound of lies
And Windy has wings to fly
Above the clouds (above the clouds)
Above the clouds (above the clouds)
… Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment
Everyone knows it's Windy
… Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment
Everyone knows it's Windy
… Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment
Everyone knows it's Windy
… Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment
Everyone knows it's Windy
… Who's tripping down the streets of the city
Smilin' at everybody she sees
Who's reachin' out to capture a moment

We got a few inches yesterday. It was enough that the idiots from California and Texas were skidding around because they drive too fast and use summer tires year round. This morning I saw a car on the side of the road that had jumped a curb, spun around 180°, and the front end somehow crashed into a metal light post hard enough to break it and knock it over. Or maybe it was on the wrong side of the road and jumped the curb and hit the post. Slow down, people.

I just went through Whataburger drive thru. Here’s what one of their employees did.

Some people don’t understand the concept of slowing down in a parking lot. It becomes even more important with snow.
