Want to buy: BASSOON

Nope. But i've heard nothing but good things about them. They're supposed to be very well made and have a very high tolerance for low end.

Bump. Still have not bought one.

On WWBW they start at 3 grand, and go to 35 grand. I need to find one less than that.
 
A little closer to buying a bassoon. Been flirting with but, not pulling the trigger on some on Ebay. Finally found a bassoon teacher so, time to get serious. Called Veronda's, "one of the local mom, and pops", where son used to take lessons. He has one. It's his own personal one. He said, he can't remember what brand it is, it hasn't seen the light of day in years, he'll get on Ebay, and try to figure out what it's worth.

Bassoons are reaaaaaaly expensive but, son keeps saying, "bassoon players get scholarships".

Ordered a bassoon book on MF that teacher recommended. It was $22.??. Hate paying shipping, found a bassoon Christmas song book for $6.??, to get me over $25.00. Added that to my cart. Unfortunately, if you buy two books, or videos, they take 15% off. So it only got up to $24.56. Ordered a variety pack of 100 picks.
