At my last job, I worked with my old bass player who I have been friends with for 30 years. My direct boss was just like Lumbergh. It was scary. The first time I hung out with my friend, after I started, I asked him if my boss reminded him of anyone. He said no, then I said I kept expecting him to ask me if I got the memo about the TPS report and he lost it.

From their playing and demeanor in the videos, Dan...by a lot.

Mick is obviously a great player, but he seems tightly wound at times and by his own admission OCD/anal. He also comes off as the less knowledgeable of the two.

That said, they are very good together. I got heavily into the for a couple of years and then disinterested sometime before and throughout the lockdown. I've come back around on them depending on the topic. The one the pulled me back was Dan's Kinkade build. I might watch one out every 4 or 5 vids these days.

Mick. By far.
Dan's silent laughing really creeps me out. And sometimes I find he's trying a bit too hard to sell his stuff through those videos.

That said I haven't watched any of their vids in a long while. Zero interest in pedals these days, and I find the general corksniffery a bit too much in their vids.

It’s Dan for me too. I’m just not into the Strat bluesy guy thing.

Dan, but frankly their show puts me to sleep. WAY too long, and the time/substance ratio is too large for me to sit through.

I agree 100%. I’m not sure I’ve ever watched a full episode other that the Ed O’Brien one

I prefer the audio only podcast version so I can listen while doing chores or cooking or whatever.

Dan is a more enjoyable personality.
