I don't think I've played a Taylor with a thin neck. The one on my 414ce is 1.75" at the nut and rounder than every electric I own.

No, I mean deep, not wide. They all have a thin carve (to me). I like baseball bats.

I feel like mine is an outgrowth of the PRS wide fat.

Anyway, my two frontrunners for 30th anniversary guitar are the Eastman E1OM and Taylor Academy 12. Not sure which one I'll go with yet. I've played the Taylor, which goes a long way.
