This might be a good (useful) project....

I can always buy pedals but I'm really thinking that for my "at work" pedalboard it might be fun to build a pedal every few months to put together something that I can use in classes without dragging out my gig gear and to give me something fun to do in my down time (you know, since I have lots of free time these days :embarrassed:)

I can't really justify doing a bunch of pedals at once, but since I already have a Fuzz and a BSIAB2 built I'm thinking that this might be a good next step: http://www.buildyourownclone.com/triboost.html

We'll see if my book royalty payments are more than $8.28 this month. If so, look out! :)

i'm thinking about selling my tri-boost if you're interested. you'd probably want to strip the decal and shoddy paint job though.

How come? That would be cool, although part of this is I'd like to build my own....

the only setting i use is the LPB, and i've got 3 LPBs now. if you want to nail the Page sound, run a sToneBender into the Tri-Boost on the Germanium setting. it's fucking awesome, but i'm just not using it.

Makes sense. I like that it has three different sounds in it...I'm never going to buy any of those pedals but it would be cool to be able to try the sounds.

Does the LPB on this sound any different from the stock EHX version?
