The white guitar phase 2

Start saving up for a pair of BG P90's...you'll keep the big mids and lose most of that "stratty" top end sparkle...

Thanks. It really is sounding good. The new bridge really increased this thing's balls quite a bit. I'm kinda surprised.

I smoothed out the notches I cut for intonation in the bridge, too.

It got a pretty good workout this weekend. We played it hard. And white guitars get dirty!

Yeah, we played it hard this weekend. Nary a complaint, though.
I was a little concerned with the floating bridge and flat top but it never moved a bit.

maybe one day, I'll have you build me a guitar

I'll need a lotto win first though
gotta pay the man his fair due, after all. :)

Yes. It's still white.

A little bridge tweaking. My rosewood block wasn't quite tall enough. Last week I installed a couple of Formica shims to bring it up to height. Last night I took a piece of leftover scrap from the neck and glued it onto the bridge.

Then trimmed, sanded, polished and oiled it.

I got the slots cut a wee bit deeper as well.
