True, but after watching hundreds of Chargers go through my in-laws shop with all manner of electrical and battery problems I wouldn’t feel very comfortable with one.

I would like to look into getting an electric vehicle. I am a prime candidate since 98% of my driving is less than 150 miles per trip. Of course, getting a Tesla is out of the question. Their low end vehicles are $50k and we have a strict cash-only policy for cars. But yeah - a new Dodge would not be anywhere near the top of my EV want list.
