bummer.

A little light on my day...the house across the street is finally listed as "bank owned" on the real estate websites. No more late night fighting that we can hear in our house or them burning pallets in the backyard for warmth when the gas is shut off.
 
Wait till your new neighbours move in before you relax :embarrassed:

I'm not too bothered about having to work now. By time I get off standby the only option of doing anything fun is going clubbing and I can't be arsed.

Plus with our shiny new motorway extension I can get to the gig in about 7 minutes now instead of half an hour :thu:

Still no word about any teaching work so the more money coming in the better just now.

We'll see. Folks like that have a harder time getting home loans these days.
 
I'm driving my wife to the airport so she can go up to New Hampshire and pick up the kids from the grandparents. I'm going to watch movies where things explode, whilst the surround sound system is turned up very loud, and drink some beer. The rest of the weekend is pretty much full of work stuff.

Well that gig REALLY was not worth the extra £20 I made having to go and do it as opposed to stay on standby.

The shitty part is that our tech guy popped in and asked why I was doing the Palace tonight because there was a big party at it.

The Palace basically gets us in to host karaoke / disco for hen parties so it's always chock full of girls that are up for a good time, I sing once just to make sure everything works (and show off my sexy elvis routine) and I've just recieved my shite shirt (c) I posted about a few weeks ago which was bought pretty much for the sole purpose of gigs at the Palace and a few curry karaoke places I do.

The only solace I can take is that as shit as tonight's gig was, I know tomorrows is goign to be even worse :facepalm:
 
Mmm. 750 ml of Chinmay premium ale down, and a couple of 16oz Hansa lagers. Good times.

It is 2:57 am and i jut pulled into my driveway to hear the fuck heads across the street blasting the stereo and singing " can't you see? Can't you see? What this woman has done to me"

And I just found out thatit can go as long as 140 days before they have to e out on a foreclosure in California now. Unreal.

I have to be up in 3 hours to go to work now.

Its would be a real shame if the house suddenly burned down for no reason! Burn the vermin out.
 
A weekend with no gigs.

Going to work on my truck with my father in law this morning since it seems to be missing on one cylinder. Other than that it's just about work and hanging out with my family. Maybe a car show at the Enderle center on Sunday.
 
Every day this week has felt like a Monday. I'll be glad when it's over. Although, I have more projects than money right now, so weekends are pretty depressing too. :tongue:
