I think by now Hobo Uncle Sam is on Saturday, but not yet here on the West Coast, Mark. I wish.

'Course, we could take a page out of Jimmy Buffet's book and just say "it's 5 o'clock somewhere" :thu:

We were doing 10:30AM, but our bass players son has baseball at 1:30 so we have to practice earlier. We should be close to the end of needing rehearsals as much anyway. I have about ten to twelve songs I am still don't have completely down. Especially on the ones I sing I need to be able to play them without thinking about the chords at all or I screw up....
 
Long weekends for most of us this week. I'm leaving at lunch to go golfing with a friend, great way to start it off.

Friday doesnt hold its magic for me these days.
 
I keep forgetting it's a 3-day weekend. But I'm glad when I remember.

And, we get the night off from the stable :) Dunno what we're going to do though.
 
I have a few students, a meeting with a new teacher that I'm not sure will go well and then its water heater time.
 
Going to Guitar Center to help a friend try out soem new acoustic electrics... they're the only ones around here who carry Breedlove other than a craptastic local store chain that I would buy from with YOUR money. :mad:

Otherwise I got nuthin'. I have a dozen freshly laid eggs in my fridge, so I'm thinking I might make a quiche with them.
 
Weekend plans?

Dinner and a movie with the gf tonight.

Tomorrow I'm helping my buddy move into his new house in the morning, then going to a local Brew Fest in the afternoon. Probably won't feel like doing much after that. :embarrassed:

Sunday I'm playing an annual golf tournament with my brother-in-law. It's always a lot of fun, beer kegs scattered throughout the course, hot girls in carts driving around with Jager...
 
Scratch that, not helping my friend move now. His daughter has a soccer game in the morning.... thankfully I got out of that one. :grin:
 
Not doing anything tonight except sitting at home. Bleh. Might jam with someone Saturday, but that's not confirmed yet.
 
Indian food (with 2man & wife) tonight, followed by a local show featuring The Shackeltons.

Lunch with my grandma tomorrow, then run some errands and watch college football.

Sunday might get out to play golf in the morning, be lazy and watch football the rest of the day. :embarrassed:
