The employees of a Swedish McDonald's.

I don't recall ever seeing a solid Caucasian McDonald's. Ever. I did recently see a solid Caucasian Waffle House recently returning from Florida. It was off 95 in the North tip of Florida. Sweden appears to be totally raciest in my opinion.

If there really a minority population, you can't fault them for not having minority workers.

You should come to northern New England.

NH has like .5% African Americans, 2% Hispanics, and 1% other. The rest are white.

You can't hire them if they don't live here.......

There are six McDonald's within fifteen minutes of my house... they are not racially diverse in the slightest.

I live near a bunch of fast food places. While I have successfully managed to cut down my trips there in the past few years, with the exception of one of those restaurants at least 75% of the workforce is Hispanic and older (30 + years old). Nothing wrong with that at all, either. I (unfortunately) worked in fast food management and given the choice between a 17 year old who may or may not get sick most Friday or Saturday shifts (so they can go to a concert/party/date/etc) and a 45 year old Hispanic lady who will always be there on time and work hard, I know who I will hire. And thus that is the demographic I see at most of the chain food places around town.

We've had about 600 families at LMA right now... three are Black, six or seven are Hispanic, two are Middle Eastern, and about twelve Asian families. Loveland just isn't very diverse. We're right on the edge of the more rural communities

Our part of the 'burbs is not that diverse either - it is probably 80% white. But we are an easy commute away from SW Denver which is about 60% Hispanic. So I am guessing that is where the labor force lives.
