The Cult Live?

Kick Henry Jackassowski
Has anybody seen the Cult live in the last half decade or so? They’re coming to Denver in May and I’m tempted to go. But tickets start at $55 so I want to be sure it will be good and not just a 1980s nostalgia cash-in.

No
But I did seem them way back when as an opening act and musically they were tight. Vocally not so great. IA's voice was blown out by mid set. I can't imagine all these years I've done him any favors.

It would be a lot like this.
Thats not looking like Matt Sorum. My The Cult catelog is not deep.
Sounds good. May 2021

*breaking news. This might be really old. I am investigating
*oops! This show was 2001.

Joey Tempesta is drumming for them since 2007 I think.
When he was the drum tech for Anthrax,he was sharing a practice space with a friend of mine.

They're opening for Alice Cooper during his UK tour later this year - I was so disappointed that they weren't opening here.

Got DAYUM that big white Gretsch is so f'n nice!!

I got to see them in the 80s a couple of times and it was fantastic. I was a super fan at the time. Ian can still sing it reasonably well and if he paid attention to the original melodies I believe the fans would rate the experiences higher.

John is always hustling.
He's always in multiple bands or projects at any point in time he's not on tour
