The one on the left is long discontinued, but fits the short-scale superstrat requisite:

Hamer Chaparrals were 24.75 inch scale, as were some of their other superstrat type offerings.

My Ernie Ball Music Man Silhouette Special is either 24.75 or 25.

Yours may be a weird one off, but production Silhouettes and Silhouette Specials have always had a 25 1/2" scale. The guitars themselves are bit more compact overall, but the scale is Fender all the way.
