Sriracha bottle cap unappreciation thread

Man...what a great product with terrible packaging. If you take it out of the fridge and dont open the cap until 5 minutes later, it splatters hot sauce everywhere. Sometimes in your eye. If you dont clean it after each use, it gets clogged up. Then you get a deluge next time when you squeeze the bottle and the clog lets go.

Wake up sheeple!!!!! Sriracha cap is a bad design!!!!

Oh man, how I hate the sriracha top.

And even if it's just sitting in the fridge for a few days, this goo builds up all around it. Bad engineering!

Sometimes bad design is intended to make a product memorable. Like the Dr. Bronner’s soap bottles or those annoying ads for HeadOn (APPLY DIRECTLY TO FOREHEAD).

Sriracha is for kids who want to put ketchup on everything but who don't want to be called out for being uncool.

A) put siracha in a different container (like an empty cleaned out ketchup bottle).

B) take said siracha bottle out back and try that new S&W 44 on it.

The Cholula glass bottles are much better, but sriracha is thicker than that stuff. Not sure it would work as well.

Freshly prepared garlic chili sauce is the way to go. I used to go to a Thai place that always had it on offer along with other fresh condiments. It was like getting maced by an angel. Man I miss that place.

Im not about to start repackaging my condiments. I expect better from Sriracha. They need to keep pace with the rest of the industry.

you know, there are quite a few mustard containers that have that very same twist top also.

you should start a movement, picket sriracha factories, hold some rallys......make them change it.
