So Tim Hanseroth answered me!

I have been a fan of his playing and work with the Brandi Carlile band for a while and just thought to ask the following and this is what happened:

To which I replied something fan boyish such as that's amazing as I have a packrat also, because I do. I am gratified to know that I was pretty close in my guess as to what he was using in listening to his tones which didn't sound too unusual and fairly normal rock electric set up. And Really cool of him to get back to me personally like that. He also answered a question about a mountain dulcimer when I was looking into one of those after he was covering the Joni stuff they cover sometimes. Hanseroth twins seem like good folks!

He and his brother are extremely talented. Combine them with Brandi’s voice is a big package of win.
Yes, I have heard some Neil Young covers they have done (pandemic era fan club streams from the "compound" near Auburn, WA), sitting in the back of a pick up with Tim playing acoustic and Phil singing harmony that also blew me away. And Tim has a black Gretsch LP style with a Bigsby that suspiciously resembles "ol Black" even if the pickups are a little different. So there's that.

Asked a follow up question, as I am going to do a collaboration with my friend who bought her Epi LP Custom as her first electric, and is a Brandi Carlile Band fan. We learned just a bit about Brandi's board (or at least her dirt section) also.
