and then I realized that I didn't have the service that I thought I had signed up for a few months ago (after actually taking a minute to read my ENTIRE bill). I had to upgrade my service since I'm obviously having issues with my upload speed based on both yesterdays failed webcast and and some student complaints about call quality for the Skype lessons. Upside is that I got a local phone rep and she signed her daughter up for piano lessons. win-win
