and then I realized that I didn't have the service that I thought I had signed up for a few months ago (after actually taking a minute to read my ENTIRE bill). I had to upgrade my service since I'm obviously having issues with my upload speed based on both yesterdays failed webcast and and some student complaints about call quality for the Skype lessons. Upside is that I got a local phone rep and she signed her daughter up for piano lessons. win-win :embarrassed:

So, wait... You were supposed to be on one plan but didn't have that? Was that their goof?

What did you upgrade to?

I think it was my mistake. Sadly for the business plans we are dealing with 15x2 for $169 a month. I wish I could just get 5 up independent of the download speed.

Yeah, the huge difference in the asynchronous speeds is such bullshit. There's no reason for it, ESPECIALLY on a business plan that probably has a static IP and has actual outgoing traffic.

I really hate that I get screwed on the cost when I get so much more at home for so much less.
