Reverb!!!

OK, I get it now... I am done selling anything on Reverb. Finally encountered a buying troll,,, Sold a Warmoth Strat neck I have had for 21 years... I used it on the Strat Parts-castor I have shown on here. Actually a really nice Birdseye maple with an ebony board. I have never had an issue with this neck... sell it for a really good price, and the guy messages, that it had a terrible backbow that completely loosening truss rod did not solve. I cannot believe that is true... but after a few choice curse words, I answer ok well what are you requesting..."Well, I don't want anything...I'm going to keep it..." Done!

If people complain, I just tell them, “Send it back. I’ll refund your money once it arrives in the condition I sent it to you.”

It’s very cut and dried. They typically shut up afterwards. If they ask for a partial refund, I say, “No. Return it.” I’ve never had anyone return anything I’ve sold online.

I’ve had people tell me items arrived broken. When I tell them to send it back, they end up getting the broken item working. Go figure.
