People Eating Tasty Animals

I despise cruelty to animals, but PETA is way out of touch.

I remember seeing a campaign they launched against sport fishing for bass and trout. "Think of the hurt feelings and pain the poor fish have to endure when being caught"... blah, blah, blah.
Nature is and always will be cruel. Animals eat other animals, and it fucking hurts to get eaten. Get the fuck over it! :embarrassed:
 
I joke about eating dogs and crap like that but you won't find many who love animals more than me. (I mean that sincerely and not in some sick way) I do hunt and if you want I can explain my philosophy some time. PETA gets me going because of some of the stupid campaigns and stuff like this lawsuit that insults good science and common sense. Stuff like birth control for deer and suing for animal rights and crap like that. They live in some fairy tale disneyland and I'd like to slap them back into the real world.

that alone tells me enough about them.

though I don't agree that critters don't have rights.

Well, perhaps you would like to be kept in one room the rest of your life and perform tricks daily but be fed really well. NO wild animal wants to be in a tank/cage/box. I don't communicate with the animals but I can guarantee that.

I do think that PETA are somewhat attention whores but seriously, would they get any headlines in today's world without seemingly outrageous things like this? I don't think so.
