Well, fame is fleeting, at best. I would think anyone in that line of work would realize that from the thousands of stories like this out there. Sucks that the guy's ride on the fame train is over, but it isn't exactly a surprise. His big mistake seems to be rolling his life savings into his new project, and then not being successful. He should have maybe considered spending SOME of it, and saving the rest. I mean, how many solo project spin off bands are more successful than the original act? Not many.
